The General Conditions of Contract regulate the relationship of distance selling between FOOD STORIES S.L.and the user or Client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

FOOD STORIES S.L. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. These modifications may be made, through its website, by any form admissible in law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the web and until they are not validly modified by subsequent ones. Nevertheless, FOOD STORIES S.L. reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, some Particular Conditions of Contracting with preference to the present General Conditions when it considers it opportune, announcing them in time and opportune form.

The purpose of the website is the retail trade of any kind of food and beverage products.

The duration of the contract shall be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

As a user or Client expressly declares to know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general conditions of contracting. Likewise, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to access the websites of FOOD STORIES S.L. and contracting through them.

To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online store.

Once the purchase process is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the purchase by email. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email address. If in 24 hours from the completion of the order you do not receive the confirmation, please contact FOOD STORIES S.L. by email info@foodstories.es.

All the contents of the website are in Spanish.

The Customer, upon receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or a copy of the order.


In the case of a product on offer, the offer price and the validity of the offer shall always be indicated next to the essential characteristics of the product.

In compliance with current regulations FOOD STORIES S.L. offers information on all items for sale, their characteristics and prices. However, FOOD STORIES S.L. reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing the content of the same. In this way, the products offered at all times by the web will be governed by the General Conditions of Contracting in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.


The products offered in our online store, incorporate a photograph and the essential characteristics of the same.


All the products offered on the website enjoy the commercial guarantee of the supplier of the same. FOOD STORIES S.L. has an after-sales service, while the guarantee is in force, the Client will be able to execute it going to the establishment of FOOD STORIES S.L., to the after-sales service, by e-mail to info@foodstories.es. In case of doubt you can contact the customer service telephone number or by email info@foodstories.es.


All products indicate the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

If any other tax is applicable, this would be indicated.

The final purchase price includes a deposit associated with the reusable containers that will be served with the order. As the Customer returns the packaging to FOODSTORIES, the corresponding deposit will be refunded to your wallet account.


All orders will be shipped through our logistics partners.

The Customer may select during the purchase process the date and delivery time that best suits their needs, always subject to availability on our website. Orders can be placed until the day before the delivery day, being the deadline time 22h.

THE PARTNER COMPANY will notify you by SMS the same day of delivery or the day before it. The notice includes the tracking number of the shipment.

If for any reason you are absent and the delivery person cannot deliver your package, we will contact you to make a second attempt before the return of the shipment by THE PARTNER COMPANY to our offices.

Shipping costs for Madrid will depend on the total amount of the order:

  • Shipping costs will be free for orders over 35 €.
  • For orders equal to or less than 35 €, the shipping costs will be 3,95 €.

Shipping costs include handling, postage, packaging and transport of packages.


Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the Order within the selected time slot.

FOOD STORIES S.L. assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the Product is not carried out as a result of the data provided by the user are false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the shipping company, assigned for that purpose, such as the absence of the user.


At the time of delivery of an order by THE PARTNER COMPANY, THE CUSTOMER may return to the delivery person all the foodStories packaging received in previous orders that he/she considers.

Within a maximum period of 2 working days, FOODSTORIES will count the containers and will reimburse the corresponding deposit in the Client's purse account. This purse account can be found on the FOOD STORIES website, in the section corresponding to the Client's profile.

Only packaging that is undamaged at the time of collection and has all its functional elements, including all those associated with the brand image, will be counted as valid and refundable.

In the event that a period of time longer than 6 months elapses without the Customer having returned any packaging, the Customer will assume the purchase of all the packaging to his credit for the amount of the deposit paid, losing the right to request the reimbursement of the same.


During the purchase process, the Customer may pay the amount of your order by opting for any of the following ways


All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.

Likewise, the data on your credit card are introduced directly in the page of the bank, in the TPV (Terminal Point of Sale of the Bank) and they are not introduced nor registered in any FOOD STORIES S.L. server.

When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

This payment method is valid only on the web.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and credit entries will be made as soon as possible in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder.

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund was not the result of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, it will be liable to FOOD STORIES S.L. to compensation for damages caused as a result of such cancellation.

Priority will always be given to payment through the Customer's wallet account. The customer may consult the amount available in his wallet account at any time in the Customer Profile section of the website. In addition, the customer may at any time request a refund of the amount in their purse account associated with packaging.


Until 20h of the day before receiving the order, the Customer will have the option to perform the following actions at no additional cost:

  • Modification of the delivery time slot according to web availability.
  • Cancellation of the current order with reimbursement of the corresponding amount in your wallet account.

These actions must be carried out in the Customer Profile section of the website.


FOOD STORIES S.L. will only accept returns in the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to this, are not a result of the Client. This one will have right to the return of the product, informing to FOOD STORIES S.L. of the reason of return across anyone of the facilitated means in the present conditions of contracting, and without cost some for the Client. This return for reason of defect or bad state of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

FOOD STORIES S.L. undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

If the Client wishes to file a complaint, the FOOD STORIES S.L. establishment is located at Calle Javier Ferrero 10, 28002 Madrid or via email info@foodstories.es.


Also, FOOD STORIES S.L. reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the misuse of its website and content or for breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in the Spanish territory. If any dispute arises the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
